В случае строительства или основательной реставрации жилья для сдачи в аренду, владелец может претендовать на компенсацию в размере до 26 250 долларов на дома стоимостью до 525 000 долларов. На дома дороже 525 000 долларов существует фиксированная компенсация в размере 26 250 долларов.

Выгодные процентные ставки продолжают повышать спрос на рынке

Палата недвижимости Большого Ванкувера (REBGV) сообщает, что общее количество продаж жилой недвижимости в Большом Ванкувере в январе 2010 г. составило 1923 объекта. Это на 152,4% больше по сравнению с уровнем января 2009 г., когда было продано 762 объекта, и на 23,5% меньше, чем в декабре 2009 г., когда количество проданных объектов достигло 2515.

В истории рынка недвижимости январь всегда был средним месяцем по числу проданных объектов жилой недвижимости с более высоким уровнем в 2002, 2003, 2004 и 2006 гг.
