For Buyers

No commission is payable by the Buyer.
Buyers do not usually pay a commission unless there is an Exclusive Buyer`s Contract. The commission is paid by the Seller

For Sellers:

If you are looking for the cheapest commission possible Dmitri is probably not the best fit for you.

Dmitri&Associates charge 7% on the first $100,000 and 2.50% on the remainder

Example Commission:

– $300,000 would be $12,000 plus GST

– $400,000 would be $14,500 plus GST

– $500,000 would be $17,000 plus GST
